In our wanderings today downtown we discovered that Guadalajara, like Denver, has come down with a case of cows. Here and there, scattered about, are sculptures of a bovine theme.
The friendly cow on the rack was called "Leonardo da Vaca", though "Auto-da-Fe" may have been more appropriate.
Ah, the symmetry of bovine anatomy, delicately captured.
This piece was titled "Muu-nerva". Note the breastplate molded to her udders.More public art tomorrow. The day of the cow is over for now. (Do you feel edified?)
